These Terms of Service govern your use of accopstrin.monster and repair services provided by Accopstrin Guitar Repair at 812 Woodland Street, Nashville, TN 37206. By using our website or leaving an instrument for service, you agree to these terms.
All repair work is performed after written or verbal estimate approval unless emergency stabilization is required to prevent further damage, in which case we will contact you before additional charges accrue. Estimates are valid for thirty days. Final cost may vary if hidden damage is discovered; we will not proceed beyond the approved scope without your consent.
We exercise reasonable care in handling instruments but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturing defects, or issues arising from prior unauthorized repairs not disclosed at intake.
Instruments must be picked up within thirty days of completion notification. After ninety days, a storage fee of $5 per week may apply. Instruments unclaimed after one hundred eighty days may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold to recover storage and repair costs, following reasonable attempts to contact the owner.
Customers shipping instruments to us bear responsibility for adequate packing and insurance inbound. We recommend double-boxing with headstock and bridge protection. Return shipping is arranged at customer expense unless otherwise agreed. Accopstrin is not liable for damage caused by carrier handling when proper packaging standards are met on our outbound shipments.
Payment is due upon pickup or before return shipment. We accept cash and major credit cards. Deposits on large jobs are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced.
We warrant our workmanship for ninety days from completion date on the specific repair performed. Normal wear, string changes, environmental damage, and misuse are excluded. Warranty service must be performed at our Nashville location unless we authorize otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accopstrin's liability for any claim arising from repair services or website use is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost gig income or diminished resale value except where prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
